As a therapist, I have been providing services and training to community-based and academic institutions for over 15 years. I specialize in working with individuals and couples, particularly those in the medical field, to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationships, sleep, and ADHD. I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide clients toward increased understanding, clarity, and meaningful change. By exploring both the root causes of challenges and practical strategies, my hope is to walk alongside clients as they move towards increased insight, acceptance, and growth.
